All FurFree Pro™ products (Single, Family Pack, Home Kit) come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice, no questions asked.
For all other products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Email us at support@theestore.store with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. You do not need to ship the item back until you hear from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately with a photo. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
