1. Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date the carrier delivers your order (not from the order date). Returns received after this window may be refused.

2. Returnable Items – Change of Mind

Items purchased for change of mind may be returned if they are:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and in original, undamaged condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not personalized or custom items

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged by customer misuse

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will remedy the situation at no cost to you. To claim:

  • Window: Submit claim within 14 days of delivery
  • Documentation: Provide clear photos showing the damage/defect and the item condition
  • Contact: Email details to jfstrother@att.net
  • Resolution: We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion

5. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a package, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned within the 14-day return window and in resalable condition.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and future purchase restrictions.

8. Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse future returns from accounts showing a pattern of abuse, including excessive return frequency, false claims, or damaged item claims.

9. Return Process

  1. Contact jfstrother@att.net with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return shipping instructions and address
  3. Ship your item to the address provided in good condition with original packaging if possible
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or send a replacement

10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
