Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (United States): 5–8 business days after processing

Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 6–11 business days

During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $35
  • Standard shipping on orders under $35: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it at the carrier website to follow your package. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 12 business days of your order date, please email us at support@theestore.store with your order number. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, reship or refund your order at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
