We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Orders are fulfilled
by international suppliers — please read this before ordering.
RETURN WINDOW: 30 days from delivery date.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all
accessories included.
NON-RETURNABLE: Used/washed/altered items, opened consumables, final sale items.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM: Email support@theestore.store within 7 days with photos.
We'll resend or refund — no return needed.
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Email support@theestore.store with your order number
2. We'll reply within 2–3 business days with return address
3. Ship back via trackable method (customer pays return shipping unless our
error)
4. Refund issued within 5–10 business days after receipt
CANCELLATIONS: Within 12 hours of ordering only. Email us immediately.
LOST PACKAGES: Contact us within 30 days of estimated delivery.
