  Orders ship from international supplier warehouses, primarily in Asia. This

  keeps prices low but means longer delivery windows than domestic retailers.


  PROCESSING TIME: 1–5 business days before shipment.


  ESTIMATED DELIVERY:

  • United States: 12–25 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 15–30 business days

  • Europe: 15–30 business days

  • Rest of World: 20–40 business days

  (From ship date, not order date. Excludes weekends/holidays.)


  FREE SHIPPING on US orders over $35.


  TRACKING: You'll get a tracking number by email once shipped. Allow 5–7 days for

   movement to appear. Track at 17track.net.


  CUSTOMS & DUTIES: International orders may be charged customs fees by your

  country. These are the buyer's responsibility and not included in your order

  total.


  DELAYS: Customs processing, peak season (Nov–Jan), weather, and carrier issues

  can cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 40 business days of

  shipping, contact us.


  WRONG ADDRESS: Verify your address before ordering. Email us within 12 hours of

  ordering to correct it.


  SPLIT SHIPMENTS: Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages with separate

   tracking numbers.
