2. DROPSHIPPING & SUPPLIER DISCLOSURE

You acknowledge that Thee Store operates as a retail intermediary. Products are fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party supplier warehouses, primarily located in Asia (including AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping partners).

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • International Shipping: Because we ship directly from international suppliers to keep costs low, shipping times are longer than domestic retail.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery typically takes 12–30 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our refund policy is separate from our Terms of Service. Please review our Refund Policy for details on the 30-day return window.

  • Note: Because items are shipped internationally, we may offer a reshipment or partial refund for minor issues to avoid the high cost of international return shipping.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free, as we rely on data provided by our third-party suppliers.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Thee Store shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or lost savings, arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.
