We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (we cover the cost). Print the label and attach it to your package. Standard returns are free; expedited returns available for $5.

Drop your package at any carrier location. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. We'll email you confirmation when your refund is issued.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your FurFree Pro for a different color, size, or variant, we can help! Simply indicate in your return email that you'd like an exchange instead of a refund. We'll ship out your new item once we've received and inspected your original purchase. No additional shipping fee for exchanges on orders over $35.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a FurFree Pro with a manufacturing defect (cracked roller, faulty handle, etc.), we'll take care of you immediately — regardless of how the item is packaged or its condition. No return shipping fees apply to defective items. Simply email support@theestore.store with photos of the defect and your order number, and we'll send a replacement right away or issue a full refund.

Lifetime defect guarantee: Manufacturing defects are covered for the lifetime of your FurFree Pro, even beyond the 30-day return window.

Can I return items bought on sale?

Yes! Sale items are fully returnable within 30 days. You'll receive a refund for the price you paid.

How do I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (not as gift cards).

What if I want to return multiple items?

Include all items in a single package and note each order number in your return email. We'll process refunds separately if from different orders.

Can I refuse a delivery?

Yes, but it's faster to accept delivery and process a return. If you refuse, we'll refund you after the carrier returns the item to us (10-14 days).

Do I pay for return shipping?

No! We provide a prepaid return shipping label. Standard returns are free; expedited returns cost $5 if you need your refund faster.
